BLUE MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS (OPENS JANUARY 1, 2020)
Available to graduating seniors and alumni. More information will be available once the application window opens for the 2020-2021 school year.

WASHINGTON STATE OPPORTUNITY SCHOLARSHIP (OPENS JANUARY 6, 2020)
The Baccalaureate Scholarship provides up to $22,500 in financial aid support and access to career-launching support services for students pursuing high-demand STEM and health care majors. This scholarship can be used to cover tuition, fees and other indirect costs of attendance such as housing, transportation, food and more. Funding can be used for any eligible STEM or health care degree at any eligible public or private college or university in Washington state.

WASHINGTON STATE FAIR FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP(S)
Available to students planning to attend an accredited two or four year college, university or trade/technical school in the fall of 2020. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.7; currently working, volunteering or involved in a school sponsored activity at least 8 hours per month on average; and prior involvement with the fair (4-H, FFA etc).

2020 SMART CHOICES SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The WIAA, Dairy Farmers of Washington, and Les Schwab Tires are pleased to announce the eighth annual Smart Choices College Scholarship which will recognize one female and one male high school student for their achievements in athletics/activities, the community, and the classroom with $5,000 college scholarships to the college or university of their choice.
In addition to the two $5,000 scholarship winners, eight finalists will receive $1,000 scholarships.
Applicants are required to fill out an online application and write a short essay or provide a personal statement video about “How you plan to use your education to benefit others.” Judging criteria is based on 35% athletic/activity excellence, 35% academic achievement, 15% leadership, 10% citizenship/community service, and five% on originality/creativity of the student’s essay or video.
