Dayton Boosters is thrilled to present the 3rd Annual Mom & Son Dodgeball Tournament, our most epic fundraising event of the year!
This event is all about making memories, having a blast, building community, culture, and dodging for dollars to support and invest in the students at DHS/MS.
Registration form and liability waiver are available below to print. Forms will also be available at the elementary office, HS office & Fifth & Willow (242 E Main St).
Registration closes at the end of the school day Friday, April 26th!
Registration form/fee can be turned in at the high school & elementary offices or at Fifth & Willow.
