The Dayton High School boys' baseball team won the State 1B championship this past weekend in Selah,
The boys beat the number 1 team, Liberty Christian, 5-4 on Friday, then played Naselle on Saturday, going on to win 7-4 in the final game.
Congratulations also go out to our DHS track team for placing 3rd in the 4X100 relay (McKenna M. Rosemary Y, Rilee S, and Ellie S), Rosemary Y, Rilee S. and Jonah P for placing in individual events at the WIAA 1 B/2B State Track & Field Championships.
Our DHS softball team earned a trip to state over Memorial Day weekend.
