This week in "Classroom Spotlight" are Mrs. Bryan's and Mrs. McGhan's amazing second grade classrooms. Students have been very busy this year with STEM/STEAM projects that align with literature they are reading in the classroom. Mrs. McGhan, a quilter herself, came up with the idea of creating the quilt patterns to reflect the themes of the books. The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats is a 1962 children's book about a boy who explores his neighborhood after the season's first snowfall.
