Columbia Family Clinic will offer free sports physicals for students in grades 7 through 12. This services is FREE although $5 donations to the school of your choice are welcome. COVID restrictions will apply - screening, masks and distancing are required to enter the clinic. Dates & times as follows:
- August 11th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- August 17th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
**Pfzier COVID Vaccine will be available to parents and students (parents must accompany students if under 18) in the Clinic Administration Building.
